Domestication of Nations: How Food Becomes a Tool of Control
🔥 Domestication of Nations: How Food Becomes a Tool of Control
🧩 Food: The Gateway to Controlling Consciousness
Controlling nations is no longer limited to weapons or politics.
Food has become one of the most dangerous tools of soft domination, for it enters people’s bodies daily and reshapes their energy, hormones, and their capacity to think, resist, and remain aware.
Food is not merely a source of calories;
it is a program that governs the mind and behavior.
Thus, when others control what people eat, they indirectly control:
Their movement ، Their mood
Their emotional responses
Their alertness And even the value-systems they adopt
1️⃣ Chicken: Unprecedented Spread and a Subtle Shift in World Consciousness
Only 75 years ago, chicken was not the staple food of the world.
It was eaten occasionally or out of necessity, while red meat was the primary source of strength—fueling the body and sharpening the mind.
With the rise of major poultry corporations and the global explosion of industrial chicken farming, poultry became:
Cheaper Faster to produce Easier to raise Available at nearly every meal
■ The Scientific Issue
Chicken meat is rich in tryptophan, which raises serotonin—a hormone associated with:
Calmness Submission Introversion Reduced aggression and decisiveness
This is not harmful in itself…
But when it becomes the near-daily diet of an entire population, the collective energy of that society shifts toward excessive calmness and a decline in initiative.
■ The Social Outcome
A nation whose diet induces relaxation,
and lacks natural sources of “combative energy,”
gradually becomes less capable of confrontation and more prone to compliance—without even realizing it.
2️⃣ Decline of Red Meat… and the Loss of Vital Strength
Real, unprocessed red meat is rich in:
Tyrosine (the precursor of dopamine) Bioavailable iron Zinc Vitamin B12 Creatine
All of these nutrients are tied to
strength, courage, mental clarity, movement, and rapid decision-making.
When red meat is replaced with cheap or industrial foods, there is a decline in:
Willpower Energy Focus Endurance
It is not a matter of “feeling full,”
but a matter of awareness and inner strength.
3️⃣ Processed Meats & the Microbiome: Striking the Backbone of the Mind
Processed meats—sausages, luncheon meats, industrial hamburgers—are not real meat.
They are mixtures of:
Hydrogenated fats Nitrates Hidden sugars Damaged proteins Artificial flavorings
These substances destroy the gut microbiome,
which modern medicine now refers to as the second brain.
■ Consequences of Microbiome Damage Impaired thinking Increased anxiety Reduced willpower Weakened immunity Diminished awareness Higher susceptibility to manipulation
A nation with a weakened microbiome…
has a weakened collective mind.
4️⃣ Sugar: The White Narcotic of Nations
The most powerful tool of control today is not weaponry—
it is sugar.
Sugar elevates dopamine in ways similar to:
Nicotine, Cocaine, Gambling
Over time, it:
Weakens concentration Shuts down self-control centers Increases anxiety Causes neurological lethargy Makes people chase instant pleasure instead of meaningful achievement
A sugar-addicted population = a population easy to control.
It is no surprise that global corporations fiercely resist all attempts to reduce sugar consumption.
5️⃣ ✦ Preservatives: The Hidden Weapon in Industrial Food
Preservatives are not merely additives that prevent food from spoiling; they have become an effective tool for extending the shelf life of products at the expense of human health.
✔ What Are Preservatives?
They are chemical compounds added to food to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi or to prolong shelf life.
The most common include:
Nitrites and nitrates (in processed meats) Sodium benzoate Potassium sorbate BHA / BHT MSG (monosodium glutamate) And others
✦ How Do They Affect the Human Body?
1) Destruction of the Microbiome (the beneficial gut bacteria)
The gut microbiome is often called the “second brain” of the body
When preservatives disrupt these bacterial colonies, the following occurs:
Weakened immunity، Increased inflammation ،Mood disturbances، Slower cognition and awareness ،Reduced serotonin production (the key hormone for calmness, confidence, and emotional balance)
2) Inhibition of Natural Enzymes
Some preservatives slow down or suppress digestive enzymes, causing food to remain longer than necessary in the gastrointestinal tract, resulting in:
Bloating Chronic constipation General fatigue Poor concentration and mental fog
3) Increased Anxiety and Depression
Compounds such as MSG and nitrites directly affect neurotransmitters and have been linked to rises in:
Tension Hyperactivity، Mild depressive symptoms ، Sensitivity to light and sound
4) Weight Gain Without Increased Food Intake
Certain preservatives alter how the body handles sugar and fat, making the body:
Less capable of burning fat More likely to store calories Faster to release insulin
This contributes to “silent obesity,” even if total food intake does not increase.
5) Long-Term Weakening of Physical and Mental Strength
Daily exposure to preservatives leads to:
Reduced muscle strength، Lower energy production، Mental distraction ،Persistent lethargy ،Poor decision-making ability
The result: a human being who becomes easier to control.
and because unhealthy populations are easier to govern.
Thus, without noticing, food becomes an instrument of domestication
that renders nations “foam like the scum of a torrent”: abundant in number, yet weak in impact
🔥 Conclusion: The Path to Liberation Begins with Food
The World and Islamic nation cannot regain its strength, leadership, and moral authority
until it breaks the chains that bind it—
and the first of these chains is food.
The Prophetic Hadith (Arabic & English)
English Translation of the Hadith:
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“The nations will soon gather against you from every direction, just as diners gather around a shared dish.”
The companions asked, “Will we be few in number on that day, O Messenger of Allah?”
He replied:
“No, you will be numerous on that day, but you will be like the foam of a torrent. Allah will remove fear of you from the hearts of your enemies, and He will cast weakness into your hearts.”
They asked, “What is that weakness, O Messenger of Allah?”
He replied:
“Love of worldly life and hatred of death.”
A nation’s strength is not measured by weapons alone,
but by:
The clarity of its mind The health of its body The vigilance of its awareness The wisdom of its decisions
And by the food that builds strong, conscious men and women.
If this nation wishes to rise again,
it must reclaim its authentic nourishment—
so it may reclaim its mind, then its strength, and finally its rightful place.
